About the role –
As a leading UK provider of employee benefits and health insurance we are looking for a Client Operations Executive where you’ll be responsible for arranging engagement visits to our client sites.
You'll be ensuring each of our Field Sales Executives have a full and productive schedule to help them meet their daily targets.
What You’ll Be Doing –
Building and maintaining strong relationships with key client site contacts to ensure benefit programme rollouts are delivered on time and in line with client expectations.
Arranging engagement visits with client contacts over the phone.
Ensure assigned Field Sales Executives have sufficient viable appointments each day to achieve their objectives.
Handle on-site issues during rollouts, resolving or escalating them as appropriate.
Ensure client data is correctly formatted and accurately maintained in the CRM system.
About You-
You'll have experience in establishing and maintaining good working relationships built on trust and with the ability to challenge.
Customer focus – the genuine desire to understand customer needs and respond in a customer focused manner, exceeding expectations where possible.
Experience in speaking with customers, either face to face or over the phone.
Experience in sales or customer service.
Experience of planning and scheduling work to tight deadlines would be an advantage.
Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
